Brief info

Tiffany provides Physical Therapy for prevention and treatment in the athletic community and cares for the peri-partum and post-partum population.
With Tiffany's years of experience in different areas in PT such as neuro-rehab, vestibular rehab, manual therapy, pelvic health, outpatient orthopedics, she takes great care to customize and vary treatments to the patient's individual care, from treating an athletic injury all the way to someone in their 90s who can't sleep without getting dizzy.

An eastern Kentucky native, Tiffany graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Master’s in Physical Therapy. Soon after she gained experience in orthopedic and neurological rehab in both outpatient and inpatient settings. With a passion for physical as well as mental and emotional wellness, Tiffany has always loved the variety her field has to offer and enjoys connecting with her patients. Throughout the first part of her career, she furthered her education in manual therapy and vestibular rehabilitation. Most recently, after the birth of her first child in 2015, she began pursuing a specialty in pelvic health through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her personal experience in this area has lead to a desire to raise public awareness on the importance of both prevention and treatment in the athletic community and her passion for caring for the peri-partum and post-partum population.

Tiffany has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 15 years and together they have 2 spunky little girls, Phebi who is 5, and Jozie who is 2. Outside of work, Tiffany stays busy with motherhood and loves spending time with her family. She has stayed active through various activities throughout adulthood including weight lifting, high intensity training, mountain biking, running, and most recently has developed a deeper love for yoga and pilates.

Both her professional and personal life experience lead Tiffany to begin building an outpatient physical therapy private practice in 2020. In hopes of changing the way physical therapy is viewed by the public, she looks forward to building lifelong wellness partnerships with her patients. Tiffany is confident in treating a wide variety of diagnoses and welcomes new experiences to the practice. Her vision includes blending innovative technology now available to the profession with the traditional core values of physical therapy to create an atmosphere for patients that is both enlightening and comfortable. Tiffany strives to provide more one-on-one individualized care for her patients and encourage patients to feel confident tackling whatever it is they feel is holding them back from achieving optimal health and wellness.
